IMO the judge's ruling is of no effect because it is unenforcable. Patently unconstitutional(not that it ever bothers Dims). WHO does it actually apply to?

Which if challenged, would go down in flames. An idiotic last ditch effort to regain some advantage that failed miserably. BTW, I think at some point the ruling should be challenged just to get rid of what small roadblock it may present later.

As far as Tom Thumb's political acumen, it's easy when his type's work is done in the shadows; without MSM questioning motives, etc. Head to head and toe to toe with Pubbies on a level playing field Tommy's act of desperation comes off as exactly what it is........desperation.
