Bill Clinton protested against the USA during his years at Oxford in several Foreign countrys when we were at war and that is a treasonous act also, but he was never charged and went on to become president.

Had Clinton actually joined as he promised Col. Holmes, I have no doubt that he would have also turned on his fellow commrades in arms.
