you're right...but they are already voting for Kerry.
Everyone on this thread is forgetting something MAJOR. The CIA is currently at war with the administration. The agency is full of Clintonistas, who are doing everything they can to insure a Rat victory. They're pissed about their new director.
Anything and everything that leaks from the CIA right now is suspect as Hell.
