Actually, this is the way the dems could win. The "unamed democrat" or "democrat to be named later" runs far ahead of Kerry and Bush.
I will add that I think Ohio is as close as the polls say it is. I find the Ohio women are solidly behind Bush, but the Ohio men are switching to Kerry. The women mostly have service jobs and are happy, and the men have lost their manufacturing jobs and are not happy.
I would hope, as I hope for Missouri's 'blue-collar' counties around Kansas City and St. Louis, that they take their lead in voting not from their union leadership which is always going to be clammering DEM no matter sho the candidate may be, but from the people that are supposed to be providing the moral leadership, such as the Catholic Bishops, and the other Christian clergy.
We have to think beyond a paycheck, that really has very little to do with the president anyway, to what part in the process the president plays. The man who is elected on 2 NOV will appoint 3 or 4 SCJOTUS. Its pretty simple beyond that: Kerry = Proliferation of the Culture of Death, Bush = Cessation of the Culture of Death.
I know who gets my vote. Kerry;s opinions and plans are non-sequitor if he can't get life right.
