The video shows labels with 1.1D UN 0042
http://www.ribbands.co.uk/genpages/unnumber.htm
UN numbers identify Hazard Classes
In the Video we see:
"0042 Boosters without detonator 1.1D"
0042 Boosters without detonator 1.1D can be several different types of explosives but is not necessarily RDX or HMX
0072 is specifically RDX
0072 Cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (Cyclonite; Hexogen; RDX), wetted with not less than15% water, by mass 1.1D
0226 is specifically HMX
0226 Cyclotetramethylenetetranitramine (HMX, Octogen), wetted with not less than 15% water, by mass

Please go to the video and take a look at the map they show at the beginning. They put this square on it, then they draw a line from where they were south of the square, then they pinpoint where they were and draw this line north to the square:saying they DROVE 5 MILES NORTH TO THE GENERAL AREA(where they believe they might have been at the site..) This does not look like a 1/2"=5 MILES MAP TO ME. It just looks like a desperate local news channel teasing an audience for ratings..nothing more. Yet the DU trolls are posting this all over the net today in their desperation. It seems an easy thing to dismantle, if we knew for certain the scale of the map.????

I Did a little home work.
The ONLY 1.1D Blasting Agent in a dry form that has a subsidiary Hazard of 6. (Toxic Inhalation Hazard) is; Dinitrophenol UN0076
Amazingly it has the same physical characteristics as those shown in the picture.
There is one other 1.1D/6 but that is a liquid and is also in the nitro family - Nitroglycerine.
Dinitrophenol is a blasting agent commonly used in "melt and pour" operations when manufacturing explosives.
BOTTOM LINE: IMHO This ain't "the stuff"
