It was OK. I'm not the best meatloaf maker in the world. To top it off, mr.h ate at his moms at noon, and guess what she made??? Yep, meatloaf, and she IS one of the best meatloaf makers. :-(

They are a vegetable which is part of the cucumber family you can serve them separately just slice them and boil them for about 8 mins or you can put them into casseroles.
They look like baby cucumbers about 6 - 8 inches long.
