I don't mean to interrupt what looks like a pretty good cat fight revving up...but, how do I get the word.."ALL" to come up instead of having to respond to someone personally?
Just type in All. Either erase the name you hit reply to or add a semi-colon after the name in the To box.
BTW, calling someone to account for hysteria is not a "cat fight".
