I do not think people realize that this is the way these condescending snobs speak all the time. They look down
on almost everyone. Mrs H. Kerry is not doing anything different. Her husband is just as bad. Who else can be a U.S Senator and not show up for 76% of Intel Com. meetings? Who else could feel so entitled to the presidency? Normal people could never be in the room with these people for too long. They are so imperious your head would spin. It is really funny how Democrats fall in line behind this imperious fop and his wife.

becoming a full-time mom was the hardest freaking thing I ever did! 24/7, 265 !!! Never a day off, never a private bathroom break or solo trip to any store, ever. But now that I've done it for 8 years, it has been the best thing I have ever done in my life so far. My kids are wonderful and I was there for it all.

You said it! I've only been at it 3 yrs, with 3 under 3 now. 17 & a half more to go!

Of course, after November 2 (or whenever Kerry finally throws in the towel)

No matter what the argin ov victory, Kerry will never throw in the towel. Concession speeches by Democrats went out of style in 2000.

I worked on road construction crews for/with my dad when I was in my late teens/early twenties as a summer job, 14 hour days, 6 days a week on most jobs (bonuses for completing contracts early= big overtime $$). It was hard work and I would be exhausted and 'filthy' by the end of each day. I loved it, because I was working hard and I was with my daddy.

Then I became a mom. It doesn't even compare.

I wish that teachers would vote against Kerry, but it ain't gonna happen

You would be surprised at how many teachers are voting FOR President Bush. In the school where I teach 3 of the four 7th grade teachers are voting for him. Our 8th grade teacher back him three to one.

Regardless of what any union says when you are in the voting booth, you vote your conscience.

Funny? Yes...maybe. But definitely DEPRESSING and down right SICKENING to see Dems fall all over these phoney imperial wanna-be's and to be fooled by them into thinking that the sKerry-and-his-wife types care even one iota for their welfare. It's just SICKENING!

I think it's her arrogant condescending way of trying to portray Mrs Bush as being an upperclass elitist, out of touch with the common peasants, while she totally misses the irony of such a statement coming from her mouth.

You should be, that is their intent:

Unholy Alliance

by David Horowitz
Hardcover - (September 2004) - $27.95

In this tour de force on the most important issue of our time, David Horowitz, confronts the paradox of how so many Americans, including the leadership of the Democratic Party, could turn against the War on Terror. He finds an answer in a political Left that shares a view of America as the “Great Satan” with America’s radical Islamic enemies. In a remarkable exploration of the “Mind of the Left,” Horowitz traces the evolution of American radicalism from its Communist past to its “anti-war” present. He then shows how this Left was able to turn the Democratic Party presidential campaign around and reshape its views on the War on Terror.

Hewitt's quote from Teddy Roosevelt was an especially meaningful one, since TR's beloved first wife died shortly after their only child was born. She had an undiagnosed medical condition, it may have been Bright's disease, at the time. Thanks to improved (and not rationed, yet) American medical care, women do not live in peril of their lives due to childbirth at the same ratio as in earlier times, but this has been only a very recent improvement in the history of mankind.

But to today's PC crowd, this is all nothing.

WHY OH WHY doesn't anyone talk about the fact that Theresa is a failure as a Mother. Her own son hates her and does not talk to her. You never, ever hear about that. If she's making Bush's family, Cheney's children fair game, then I say we go for the jugular and find out just why John Heinz, Jr., the namesake of the love of her life, has publicly stated that he "HATES" her.

Ta-ray-za Heinz Kerry has an arthritis treatment, she said it involved soaking nine white raisins in gin and then eating them later.
