I know. I know they can air what they want. The problem is that this escalates things. Guaranteed next election a liberal broadcast group will do the same thing with a program much less truthful. You also have that the FCC will be awakened to this.
Moreover this is an attack that is not related to issues but is personal against a presidential candidate's character and activities. Maybe it's just that it's an unorthodox format. If it were part of a newsmagazine or news broadcast, it would be a little less conspicuous.
Again, if this were purchased as an infomercial, I have no objections at all. Even this way, I can only say I'm disappointed.

No, it is SAUCE FOR THE GOOSE.

Oh, for the love of Pete. What do you think NBC, ABC, PBS, CBS (specifically Comrade Dan Rather/60 Minutes) et. al. have been doing for YEARS?

A documentary about Kerrys' past activities is not a "personal attack", and while you may not consider his past activities to be relevant, many others do. The American public has a right to know what type of person John Kerry is, and Sinclair is doing a public service by airing ths documentary.

Are they supposed to buy airtime from themselves?
As many point out, most of the TV stations have been engaging in nonstop Bush bashing for the past year and a half, and have you forgotten the CBS special with Dan Rather, based on fake memos attacking Bush's character?
And now you are whining, because someone dares to air a special, at their own expense, on their own stations, which shows the truth about Kerry?!
