From Jeff Wagner (local radio host on WTMJ"Provisional ballot" provisions in Wisconsin - you have until 4 pm the day AFTER the election to provide identification (which, in Wisconsin, can consist of nothing more than a cable bill) to provide identification; and THIS in a state with SAME-DAY registration where nothing more than a cable bill is required for identification.
