I only heard the last 20-25 minutes of the debate driving back from a political meeting, but I swore listening on the radio that Kerry knew the question before it was going to be asked. Anyone, even a skilled debater, will pause for a short period of time after the question is asked to get their thoughts together. Not Kerry, he launched right into the prepared answer.
This would make total sense!

I was also thinking that Kerry seemed so unusually prepared!! It crossed my mind several times that he seemed just a bit too "prepped". I also noticed that he took something out of his jacket at the very beginning and thought that quite unusual considering the emphasis on the strict rules, but didn't think much of it until Drudge showed the pictures on his site. Dollars to donuts that Rush will bring it up on Monday. I'll be listening for this one!

I saw the whole debate and I thought the same thing. Kerry may be a good debater, but without knowing the questions beforehand, he could not have answered so quickly and proficiently.

Very good point. If one is provided with the questions and answers ahead of time. Then with proper study habits the answers will flow without hesitation. Kerry is not fooling anyone and only the liberal media will praise him for his clandestine performance in the debate. I have great respect for President Bush, but I hope he realizes that he is not in sunday school during these debates.Kerry will use any deception/trick to upset him.(The lingering handshake)Pre-planned by the alinsky debate prep team to agitate President Bush's.
