WHY DID THE CALIFORNIA DMV LET THIS PLATE GO THRU IN THE FIRST PLACE? MOST STATES LOOK AT THESE VANITY PLATES BEFORE THEY GET PRINTED AND DECLINE ANY THEY DEEM OFFENSIVE.
