We're witnessing autumn settling in the region - no more beach parties for us till nexy summer, I guess !

The media headlines revolve around the beheading of the Amlerican hostages, as you can guess. Sounds like we're back in the 80s with all the hostages in Lebanon.

On the internal front, most media outlets are pondering the future of Nicolas Sarkozy, which emerges as the anti-Chirac champion of the French Right (he'll get my vote in 2007, that's for sure).

What are you doing in math classes ?

Sorry taking so long to get back to you. I had a tooth pulled today. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get in. That's the trouble with trying to get worked in.

Yes, we are into autumn here, too. Soon I won't be able to lounge in my beach attire.

I will be glad when the coalition forces find these creeps that are abducting and beheading people. I know it's not nice, but I hope they send them straight to hell.

I guess I'll have to keep my ears open on the Nicolas Sarkosy issue.

I am taking what is called College Math, which is advanced Algebra basically. It is the last math class I need to pass, and the next to the last class I need to get my 2 year degree. I have basically been a part-time student for, oh, twenty years. Mainly to get training that helped my job. Then I was silly enough to make that my long-term goal. I am thinking I am going to have to make an appointment with a tutor at the college. I've got to pass this one.
