I am going to apologize up front this morning. I will not be able to play at the Canteen today. I might get a chance later on this afternoon. But I have an appointment this morning and am not sure exactly when I'll be able to get back here.

Oh...don't let my attire fool you into thinking I am really going to be lounging on the beach.....I really do have an appointment!

So, even though I might not get in a personal to each of you this morning or welcome some of our newcomers, I still appreciate your being here.

We just had a stomr with no rain move through. It brought a little bit of lightning but it was nonetheless to cause our electricity to go out for just a few sceonds.

The local ABC-TV affiliate out on Hwy. 7 on the East egde of Lawton also took a lightning hit from the storms around 5:30 AM but they came back on within seconds.

The storms have passed off to our East.
