Been there, done that.
We have a Wiley Graydon.
I'll find the thread.
AP doesn't care how much it lies.
(The same odds that Killian wrote the memos to the MS Word default settings, in 1972.)
I just talked to a guy at backgroundsearches.com. It costs approximately $80 to get a previous address search from the info that we have. From there its a manual county by county process of doing a civil search to find if he changed his name there. Prices range from $40-$100 a pop depending on how for back they need to look and how fast the results are desired.
what does rush always say.. its not the facts, its the seriousness of the charge..
the facts be damned!
This man is a liar, who has stolen the valor of genuine Viet Nam SEAL veterans, to add to his miserable actual persona, for the purpose of having the bona fides to smear President Bush.
As such, he is miserable pond scum, and deserves the blowback he's getting.
He says he's a former SEAL ..no problemo...
Produce your records....
Very simple....But not even Kerry will do it....
Expecting people to take what you say as fact without proof...is the mark of a con man ..a liar
Wannabes and liars come in every stripe and from every walk of life....and every social strata
These low lifes have one thing in common....Lies...
Those who are so mentally feeble that they cannot tell the truth...will not tell the truth..have NO BUSINESS being in positions of power over others....they cannot be trusted with authority and power.... jobs that demand "public trust"....
imo
Incredible...the reporter even admits to not checking out his past identity.
One would think that someone would have kept in touch with this Majied guy and would have known about his name change after VN.
I think either you or Travis also pointed out on the other thred that of the 260 SEALS, only a handful were African American because of Navy policies back in the day. You would think that he would be easily identifiable, because of his race and because of claims he was in VN for five years.
The other thing that strikes me as odd is that if Majied was elite enough to be a SEAL (and presumably one of the first blacks on the SEAL team), he should be extremely proud of his service and more than willing to give his Class number and other information about his service.
I am sure the folks at Authentiseal would be more than happy to respect his privacy as far as the name change goes if he would just release his name. But he won't because more likely than not, he never was a SEAL.
More examples of lieing journalist. I doubt this source exists.
Do they have a Wiley Graydon?
Follow the original thread and you will see the various names connected with the guy that we found.
He's probably got bench warrants out in five states, that's why.
Did a quick Google and found this list of recent subscribers to the newsletter for the USS Currituck
http://diodon349.com/Torpedoman/TMA_newsletter/TMA_Newsletter_Nov2003.pdf
"Welcome Aboard . . .
The following names are of shipmates who have joined the association since the last newsletter was printed. Due to some poor copies of original applications, some bad handwriting, and not to mention some weak typing skills and eyes of the typesetter, there can be errors in the following listif you think the errors may prevent former shipmates from recognizing and contacting you please advise and corrections will be made in the next issue...
Majied, Ahmad
2710 Cambridge Road, Albany, GA 31721-1574
229-431-1144
MACM
1963-66"
Checked acronyms and learned MACM is
Master Chief Machine Accountant (Naval Rating)
hmmmmm...
Thanks. So do I.
And let me repeat: I could care less if some blowhard was telling lies in the corner bar about being a Navy SEAL in Viet Nam for five years, (or taking a Swiftboat into Cambodia for that matter.)
What ticks me off is that this liar made up the fake SEAL bs to have standing to slam Bush as a "rich playboy." And the AP reporter just took his word for it.
Like I said, I could claim to have made moon landings, "under another name."
And one of the reasons J. Effing joined the VVAW was to fondle a Fonda.
There have only been ten in the entire history of the USN. Their pictures are on the web, and none were wearing a Trident, or listed being a SEAL in their bio.
It took me a bit to figure out what you were talking about here. The guy said he was a Master Chief Master-at-Arms (E-9). There have certainly been more than 10 MACMs. He did not claim to have been Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON), which is what I think you are trying to say.
By the way, what are your credentials?
Which he could do in five minutes.
Yep another paid lying whore steps up mouths the lies they are paid to mouth by AP and the rest of MSM.
I have to correct that part. From the late 50s on, at least, blacks could and did enter any Navy program they were qualified for. Something about spending hours a week swimming at night in freezing cold shark infested waters did not seem to attract many blacks then, or now. It was not "navy policy" to keep them out. There were and are outstanding Navy UDT frogmen and SEALs going way back. Outstanding.
