Prior to this Williams explains that previous attacks have fallen on significant dates, for instance the bombings of the U.S embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. These occurred on August 7th, the anniversary of George H.W Bush's commitment to send troops to protect Saudi Arabia.
I don't remember the exact number of the posts on this thread discussing the 7th October, but it was some time whilst I was on holiday, during the last 800 posts. Sorry that doesn't narrow it down much!
