Who sees cash?
Probably a third of the people in this country.
The most vulnerable of our society uses cash exclusively, including, but not limited to the very poor who can't afford checks and a debit card,
the homeless,
our young children putting money in the collection plate in church every Sunday, the people counting it,
most of our teenagers,
illegal aliens, the drug subculture, underground workers who get paid in cash but don't pay taxes,
and how about the NON-poor who get cash at the ATM machine to pay the pizza delivery person or buy a sheet of stamps at the post office?
Then there are tips to the bellhop who carries our luggage, the limousine or taxi driver, the red cap at the airport, the maitre d', the wine sommelier, usually done in cash.
People working in banks and stores handle cash every day.
It doesn't matter anyway, it's all fiat money not backed by Gold and therefore worthless, created out of debt by the bankers and the Fed. A nation whose economy depends on fiat money is doomed. It has always been thus. The Founding Fathers knew the dangers of a central bank. But the House of Rothschild and the House of Morgan were patient. They waited. They bided their time and in the end, the creature was born on Jekyll Island. Now it's only a matter of time. It's either going to be the Jihadis or the Puppet Masters as Quix like to refer to them.
For in depth info on this, read this book: The Creature From Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin.
I know you didn't ask the question, but your response was excellent and may I add the majority of people who keep Atlantic City and Las Vegas the lucrative places they are. That would be bajillions of dollars - cold hard cash!
