Thanx for the ping ... as a native Ohioan, that makes me nervous. And as a Florida resident, I'm getting nervous about yet another hurricane. What a summer!

OK, Seems Ohio is a likelihood
PA? Whats there that would be most affective to hit?
Iowa would be well, Iowa means it all, wait a min. didn't they say if you win PA that would be who won?! Then in that case the minute Bush would win, I would begin ducking!
What have we heard in the news about Wisc Tm'rs lately?!
Fla is always a fear, a logical one
NH, WV ??
Vegas was an original target, the feds did say they want to go back to that
NM well enough said

Piper,
The following article gives a pretty good description of what a Nuclear Strike would look like. Not sure what the rules are on posting other news sites like this. Sorry if I shouldn't.

Biting my fingernails down to the nubs. Between now and election day IMHO we are the most vulnerable. Thanks for your posts and hopefully Mr. Ashcroft and friends can deflect anything they happen to catch wind of (bad wording - but potentially accurate).

There used to be a site, one of the survival sites, where you could map a blast. While the site is still there, you can no longer put in your own coordinates. About 3 years ago you could still input information because I remember putting in downtown San Diego to see how far the fallout would come. Wish they hadn't removed that feature ;<

I am just not sure on that Dave.
I'm getting more like 1 or 2 majors and waiting for a few people to email me back
I think it will be bad enough, even one, that it will be enough to stun us all

The spiritual leader of a militant group that claimed to have beheaded two American hostages in Iraq has been killed in the U.S. Sheik Abu Anas al-Shami, 35, was killed when a missile hit the car he was traveling in on Friday in the west Baghdad suburb of Abu-Ghraib, said the clerics, who have close ties to the family. Al-Shami was a close aide to Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the leader of the militant group Tawhid and Jihad. Well, I missed out on being a cheerleader in high school (to our PE teacher's daugher), but I am doing cartwheels today knowing at least one of these disgusting scumbags have been removed from our planet. Hoping Mr. Al-Zarqawi will join him soon not only spiritually, but physically.
