I know how to use it. I have no idea how it works. I just know it forces me to do more "work arounds" than any program I use on a regular basis.

IBM Selectric typewriters were used except by secretaries/admin personnel at the General Officer who had to request special permission to order Executive typewriters. No one below a General Officer or equivalent would have had anything but selectric typewriters. At an ANG wing, I can guarantee that selectric typewriters were used and NO Executive typewriters were there.

Brit just read from notes by Killian's son, who pretty much puts the lie to everything CBS has claimed.

Incredible thing, this internet is, isn't it? Thanks Algore! LOL Makes one wonder what the MSM has gotten away with for decades and what sites like this one would have exposed in years past.
Having followed this story as it has progressed on FR all day (and my first reaction was ooookay, we'll see...), I must say that at this point I am simply giggling uncontrollably.

Yes. Bush released copies of it because he had just received them from CBS.

Brit,,Son of Killian says these are fraud. Said his father didn't keep secret files at home.
To: Diogenes
They presented it tonight too. It was a Kerry campaign commercial disguised (barely) as news.

All Rather said was that the documents were acquired "exclusively" by CBS. Yeah...cuz they forged 'em themselves.

I just heard Brit speaking about Kilian's son. He says he doubts the story.

OMG...Jerry Killian's son--per Brit Hume--is DISPUTING THESE MEMOS.
CBS just issued a statement: They investigated and are convinced of their authenticity.
Fred Barnes: Weekly Standard has a reporter who will have an article online any minute who has spoken to about 5 experts and there is no doubt these documents are frauds.
I'm going to faint.

Aren't there laws preventing journalism/media from trying deliberately to affect an election through biased reporting? Doesn't FR have a couple of attorneys surfing around here? I would be DELIGHTED to sign a petition requesting litigation to challenge CBS' license to broadcast. I would LOVE for the Freepers to instigate it.
