I've got a newfound like and respect for Gov Ptaki, whom I've disparaged as being a liberal-RINo, before. Am I wrong? Is he just posturing tonite? Or am I right that he's not a RINO?

I'm betting Mr. Rove had someone write Pataki's speech tonite.
I don't know if he is a RINO or not but I was pleasantly surprised by his speech. He seems a heck of a lot better than that darn Bloomberg.
