He also told the Keyes-bashers to take their Obama support to DU.

I haven't heard any of Keye's critics support Obama here. If there are any they are certainly a small minority of trolls.

You can't seem to accept the fact that Keye's unwillingness or inability to be a Republican team player, including his attacks on President Bush have made him unpopular among many genuine conservatives.

Once again I will restate the obvious:

Alan Keyes has been a loyal Republican his entire adult life.

He has offered substantial support to President Bush, both in 2000 and 2004. In fact, it is easy to make the case that the good Dr.'s endorsement and the efforts of his organization in '00 made the difference between victory and defeat.

He has also supported the President's foreign policy strenuously, which the Administration has acknowledged to Alan gratefully.

Additionally, Alan has offered real support to hundreds of Republican candidates across America continuously, while also educating millions of Americans about Republican principles in many different media. His organizations have worked nonstop on party-building and GOTV efforts across the land, too. He has stood eyeball to eyeball with liberals courageously debating them into quivering masses of bitter ooze, on more occasions than I can count.

Alan served in the Reagan administration, is the former president of the Reagan alumni association, the former head of Citizens Against Government Waste, and has more activity in support of the Republican cause than you are ever likely to have, I assure you.

So, to put it simply, your charges about him are a lie.

This: ...Keye's unwillingness or inability to be a Republican team player...

Just because he doesn't roll over for the squishes, doesn't make him 'not a team player'.

He's done more work for the GOP in the last decade than just about anybody you might be able to think of.

So again, your attempt to make him out as some kind of 'bad Republican' is off the mark by miles.
