FYI and ...
I just called my local bookstores (B&N, B.Dalton, and even the University Bookstore) all three said they were sold out, but are expecting more. All said they'd be glad to order a copy for me. B&N even said yes, they were expecting a new shipment, but every single copy is already reserved. Nobody was snippy about it. :)
