You don't deserve to be treated badly by your customers and I'm sorry that people who want a particular book have done so. I'm glad you had a forum to get all that off your chest. Manners, regardless of political / religious / environmental / whatever persuasion have taken a beating in this country for a very long time.

Tin foilers? Most of the responses on this thread and the two related threads are not of that ilk. There have been serious efforts by the kerry campaign to keep this book from the public. The first paragraph of my post says, "Are you having difficulty finding Unfit for Command locally, for reasons other than the publisher didn't print enough copies?"

I hope your clientele shapes up and treats you and your employees rightly. A number of people on this thread would have been glad to buy from you, I am sure, with your "can sell" attitude that lacked the guffaws and sharp retorts they've gotten elsewhere.
