I've seen this photo (or similar) several times before in the past year.
Like I said, I am fuzzy from meds but I do remember winter conversations about bridal veil falls. Also, were the conversations linked to power outages?
30 years ago I visited Niagara Falls and took the boat ride underneath some of the falls, so I can't swear to an identification of this picture.
This is interesting, I wonder if they still run the bost rides. I think they originated and ended on the US side. I wonder if there are any holes in the border there between US annd Canada? The boat rides required all passengers to put on yellow slickers with hatsbefore boarding. Once you boarded the boat, it wasimpossible to identify any one individual without going up to them and looking them in the face.
