XXXXX DRUDGE REPORT XXXXX SUN JULY 25, 2004 23:33:04 ET XXXXX

TERESA TELLS REPORTER TO 'SHOVE IT'

Teresa Heinz Kerry, wife of Democratic nominee John Kerry, told a reporter to 'shove it' on Sunday evening -- immediately after giving a speech calling for a more civil tone in politics.

Speaking to the Pennsylvanian delegation at the statehouse in Boston, Heinz Kerry delivered an impassioned plea against hate politics:

"We need to turn back some of the creeping, un-Pennsylvanian and sometimes un-American traits that are coming into some of our politics."

"I remember a time when people in political parties in Pennsylvania talked to one another and actually got things done. We have to go back to those days when we can do things properly, for the people need it."

"My prayers for you, for me, for the country, for the world, are that we keep this at a high level, with dignity, with respect and with a great idealism and courage that took our forefathers to build this great nation."

According to multiple sources who attended the event, Heinz Kerry upon finishing the speech pushed her way through the Secret Service to get to Pittsburgh Tribune Review reporter, Colin McNickle. Upon getting to Mcnickle, Heinz Kerry asks, 'Are you from the Tribune Review' Mcnickle says, 'Yes, I am.'

At this point and in an irritated fashion Heinz Kerry says, 'Of course, understandable. You said something I didnt say. Now Shove it!'

Tape of the incident is being edited to air on Pittsburgh's WTAE-TV, and, according to a media source, ABC NEWS is set to run with it thereafter.

A witness of the incident said reporters were "stunned" by Heinz Kerry's outburst, especially in light of the speech she had just given.

"UnAmerican" personal comments? Excuse me--WHICH party has been doing that? The one that says Bush betrayed the US? The one that says the war was cooked up in Texas? The one that calls Bush stupid, cowardly, a draft dodger, etc?

"Shove it"

Nice to see te uppercrust dems showing us all the meaning of "class".

Along with Kerry's lame pitch, is this Kerry's "Dean scream" moment? His "checking the watch during the debate" moment?

YEP, sure did, can't have the "little people" going to the bathroom in their house. This along with John Kerry's perpetual Thurstin Howel the 3rd "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?" attitude and the fact that they made the city of Boston REMOVE a fire hydrant from the front of their house so they could have another parking spot gives you just a taste of what we are dealing with here.

The fans at Fenway Park BOOOED tonight because they DO know who he is! He has been known as "Live-shot KERRY" for years, long before his push for the presidency. Kerry is in it for KERRY and no one else!

This is just too much - to the Bush campaign these people are the gift that just keeps on giving. Here we are on the eve of the DNC, Kerry's showing us he's in total control of things, the I Hate Bush crazies have been put on their leashes and the Bush campaign is looking on in terror, sensing it's impending end. Or so the media says from its knees.

And then he pulls this "surprise visit" to the Yankees/Red Sox game that just happens to be attended by every A-list media and Hollyweird celebrity that you can imagine, gets roundly booed and then flubs the first pitch. And then to top it off, Teresa tells a reporter to shove it after giving a speech decrying the lack of civility in politics! If it weren't for the press shamelessly cheerleading for Kerry and going all out to destroy George Bush, the President would probably be up 20 points in the polls.

Teresa says: "We need to turn back some of the creeping, un-Pennsylvanian and sometimes un-American traits that are coming into some of our politics."

Later, the reporter had asked her what she meant when she said 'un-American.'

Teresa denies saying 'un-American.' She repeats her denial. She says the reporter is putting words in her mouth. She walks away.

Moments pass, and she turns around and re-confronts the reporter, denies the statement, says the reporter is putting words in her mouth and tells him to 'shove it.'

[She must have learned flipflopping from hubby John.

This lady is such an odd-ball. The idea of her and Lurch being in the White House is totally creepy. Ugh!

PEOPLE, PEOPLE, PEOPLE.....

Now is the time to come to the aid of George W. Bush. As we all know, John F. Kerry would be terrible for America. He is the most liberal Senator and has no problem with gay marriage, gun-grabbing, or partial-birth abortion. No problem what so ever.

DESPITE ALL THAT... he remains tied or has a slight lead over W. in all of the polls. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE NOW - THIS WEEK. Let's deny him the traditional convention-bounce that Presidential candidates enjoy.

Since the press have already dropped the "KERRY ADVISOR SANDY BERGER STOLE TOP SECRET DOCUMENTS" story, we must keep it alive. We must keep alive that Mrs. Heinz told a reporter to "...shove it..". We must make sure that Americans know Kerry's pathetic record on defending America from terrorists and that he has slandered American soldiers.

Strong at home, respected in the world! - is the new Kerry/Edwards tagline. WHAT A FRAUD!!! We must not, repeat, NOT, let them get away with this.

Is "Shove It", Pennsylania for "Go F*ck Youself"? WOW!! Terasa...I Knew Ladies, and YOU are NO Lady"!!

It's not entirely unenjoyable seeing the "unAmerican" leftist deconstructors fall apart, themselves. Something's going around...

I believe Moore is speaking at another Dem event, NOT the actual Dem convention.

Terry Kerry claims to wear ONLY Ralph Lauren, because his clothes hang so well/travel well and she needs lots of pants suits for this campaign.

She's either gained an unprecedented amount of weight, after she bought the clothes,or nobody dared to tell her, when she bought them, that she needs another size. But then, she looks as though she sleeps in them.

Ya know, all the reporters assumed Jenna directed that mischieveous little gesture at them. I wonder why they thought that.
