The splotch on Osama's face is also a map. Any idea where this might be? Is there a way to enlarge this pic and repost it here?

Upon further review, the highlighted (boxed region) is also Afghanistan/Pakistan.

I just enlarged and sharpened it in Photoshop.

Very interesting. There is a box like you see in maps that focus in on a certain location.

In fact, the blotch is simply a smaller version of the big map to the left of Osama.

The map is of Afghanistan and Pakistan.
