Proud that John is my Congressman, but have to admit I don't think this bill will stand court review. There needs to be more radical steps taken in combating judicial activism.
It will also require that Bush stand up to the Court if they try to strike it down. Jefferson and Jackson stood up to the Court. In Exparte McCradle the SC ruled that congress has the power to limit the Court's jurisdiction.
