I find it interesting that the headline innuendo insinuates he was trying to help Bush, as opposed to getting busted.I didn't read it that way at all. It sounds to me like the Bush campaign stands to benefit unintentionally; no one planned it that way (i.e. "windfall").

The Bush campaign should benefit tremendously. But, the Republicans have flubbed golden opportunities in the past.
