I rember that song from '67 or '68 - "All's quiet on West 23rd, nobody saw and nobody heard" - the attack went on for quite awhile, yet nobody picked up a phone, much less ran out to help. Sad.
Turns out the woman made it up. That was my gut feeling but I didn't want to say it here. Drawing swastikas on someone because they live in the 16 arr. is 'trop bizarre'.................
