Well, there's always a first time, I suppose....
Excuse me, but I have two issues with this. First, please don't lump all Americans who are Jewish into one category. I don't see anyone demanding that all Christian Americans vote as a block. Second, As an American, a Jew, and a Proud Military Mom, I don't base my voting on a candidates stand on Israel. I am an American, and my vote goes to the person who deals with issues that affect me directly. Granted I am a rarity among Jews, I am unabashedly right wing conservative, and a hawk, and I DO support the State of Israel, but because it is the correct thing to do, NOT because I am Jewish.

Only deepens the mystery for me. What could be more 'directly affecting' than the survival of the Jewish Homeland, the only, albeit tiny, sovereign democracy in the entire ME?
