They will again if we go after Edwards with that one. But we have plenty of ammo with Edwards. A one term Senator - No foreign policy experience - Trial Lawyer, etc. Very little experience all together. I think Kerry chose very badly on this one. He went with the good looks of Edwards and not with experience. This will come back to haunt him. Cheney will blow Edwards away in the debate.

OMG.........he said he was in Vietnam! Now quoting Langston Hughes...."he was a black man"........his voters didn't know that, I suppose.

I'm not done yet.

I've noticed that, too. I think Kerry has very dry lips... or it's just a habit of his. At any rate, it makes him look like a doddering old man who can't contain his drool.

Sounds like you were at the same party I was at. I just find it disconcerting how some of these libs won't hear facts, they refuse it. And you can bet every last dollar that if Kerry or Clinton invaded Iraq that they would be all for it.

Unquestionably Cheney is more knowledgable about most issues than Edwards because he's been in the national political arena for so much longer than Edwards. I think Cheney is a very effective speaker and he'll probably win the VP debates if he's still on the ticket. But this will all come down to polling data. The public is not too happy about Iraq at this time and Cheney is viewed as a man who gave Bush a lot of advice that we should invade Iraq. (I have no doubt that based on all the intelligence Bush, Cheney, and Blair have, the invasion of Iraq was the right decision.) But nonetheless Cheney's strong views on Iraq may be a big negative with many voters. Bush may be better off with a new VP candidate. We'll just see what happens. But I don't think Edwards helps Kerry much at all.

They need Edward's charisma as much as hoping for N.C.,/i>
If Edwards is such an attractive candidate with great debating skills and charisma, why did Kerry wipe the floor with him?
