Saudi Arabia can show its back bone by taking all the prisoners that the terrorists wanted released and BEHEADING THEM IN A PUBLIC SQUARE!

I had just tried to post the article but because it took me a while you beat me to it.

Anyway the liberal media and the leftwingers with their hatred against President Bush have this man's death on their shoulder.

I hope they are satisfied

It is our democratic liberal politicians that have embolden the terrorist with unamerican anti-american statements to the press. Sen. Kennedy is probably the most senior and the worst of them.

This is why the WOT must be under the Republicans, not the dims. Social issues are irrelevant compared with the danger to the country.

At the same time, he said, the United States needs to find away to get out of Iraq "in some honorable fashion."

The U.S. occupation of Iraq is "attracting every terrorist in the Mideast ... that whole area will be a cauldron until America gets out," said Mr. Komen. "The president must do whatever is necessary to defend the United States ... al Qaeda is more of a threat than Iraq."

It sounds like Mr. Komen has been sampling the inventory. Talk about a disconnect.

"Stan Komen, a liquor store owner in Peoria, Ill., said he had not heard of the beheading of Mr. Johnson until a reporter called. "But I'm not surprised."
He also said he was not surprised to learn that the suspects in the slaying are leaders of the al Qaeda terrorist network in Saudi Arabia.
As for whether the gruesome beheading of another American in the Mideast strengthens his support for the war on terrorism, Mr. Komen said, "Al Qaeda seems to be the war on terror. If we deal with them, we deal with terrorism."
At the same time, he said, the United States needs to find away to get out of Iraq "in some honorable fashion."

Stan Komen is a fool. If we pull out they will have won and this wil encourage new attacks. I hope everybody on this discussion group who lives in Peoria boycotts this guy's store.

"If we leave them alone they'll stop bothering us", this guy says in effect.

What a fool.

We are at war because Islam has declared war on us. Our free and open and multic-cultural and tolerant society is a thereat to them and everything they hold dear. They know that when the smoke clears, only ONE of us can be left standing. And the sooner people like Komen realize that, the better.

"I'm outraged"..."I'm disgusted"...BFD!! Where are our governemnts actions to send a message back to these heathens that enough is enough. How about an eye for an eye? In this case maybe make it a set of balls and bat for each scratch to an American caught up in this WOT.

We should also go in ourselves and take out these hostage takers if the governments (laugh, laugh) in that area fail to do the civilized job and take them out themselves.

One last word...GWB said yesterday that we would find them wherever they are and take them to justice. I just hope that he uses the Israeli reaction to the '72 Olympic massacre and hunt them down for as long as it takes and into whatever sanctuary they think they can hide and Israeli justice is to kill them where they are found, not to bring them to any other justice than death.

"Americans need to understand what is going on and unite in this effort to stop terrorism," Mr. Warren said. "I don't care if you are conservative, liberal, Democrat or Republican. The name-calling needs to stop, they need to stop calling the president a liar because it is emboldening these people and just making their resolve stronger and they think they are winning.

It's hard to say any better than this.

The U.S. occupation of Iraq is "attracting every terrorist in the Mideast ... that whole area will be a cauldron until America gets out," said Mr. Komen. "The president must do whatever is necessary to defend the United States ... al Quida is more of a threat than Iraq."

It does help to have all of the Al Quida flocking to one place. Now, if the entire upper echelon would convene - and coordinate the meeting via cell phone and internet - in one large building somewhere in Iraq, and all the “fighters” would gather together for a rally in a large soccer stadium …

The comment in this article are almost hopeful. But what bothers me is that the people interviewed refer to squabbles between the Republicans and the Democrats.

They are right when they say we need to unite, but if I had to choose a party that is fighting the war on terror, and I will have to choose in November, I see that the Republicans are fighting the war and the Democrats are fighting the Republicans. It's the Democrats that need to stop "squabbing".

Let's see now...how long will it take before we hear:

is-slime is the religion of peace!

is-slime is the religion of love!

I know that I worry constantly about radical Amish terrorists. (/sneering sarcasm)

I heard about this on the way home from work yesterday. I'm done with these liberal RATS who want to be nice to the terrorists and berate President Bush. They attacked the U. S. S Cole, they flew airplanes loaded with our people into buildings, they blew up trains in Spain, they hung our people from bridges, and they have beheaded two people that we know of now. The only thing the terrorists understand is people that stand up to them, in the form of airstrikes or invasions of their strongholds. May God Bless President Bush and all of the BEST of the BEST that he leads. Don't think I'm just running my mouth, send me the paperwork and put me back on active duty, THE TIME FOR TALKING IS OVER!

The ole 'the check is in the mail' just doesn't appease the terrorists any more.

Saudi funded them to go terrorize elsewhere. Now, they have come home to terrorize their benefactors.

The House of Saud needs to do some serious soul-searching right about now. Choice: Ugly Americans or uglier terrorists. House of Saud knows the Americans are only interested in oil. Terrorists are interested in taking the heads off the House of Saud. Choices, choices. House of Saud needs to choose soon---very soon; the terrorists are inside your gates.

I am still waiting to see similar reactions from prominent Ayatollahs, Imans, Mullahs, Clerics, and other Muslim leaders and teachers, in this country and especially in the Middle East. I'm waiting for the "fatwah," or whatever they call their edicts, that says once and for all that such acts are forbidden and will condemn their perpetrators to the Islamic equivalent of Hell.

As far as I'm concerned, their continued silence is continued support of Al Queada, making them equally our enemies.

My support has also strengthened for the war on terror. I have always been an advocate for it but now, more than ever, want these evil people erased off the face of this earth.
