According to reports Iran's Mullahs are giving sanction to radical Islamists within their borders who held a conference last week to discuss the future war against the west. According to reports as many as 10,000 jihadists were recruited to become suicide bombers for terror acts to be carried out against Israel, The United States, and other key targets in Europe and across the globe. And according to the Jerusalem Post, Iran has greater capacity with nuclear weapons and that "Tehran is intimately associated with" the plans and operations of Hiz-bollah.

World history is where they will have learned this. When threatened internally, create an external threat that gives the discontented a reason to "rally around the flag".
That's a good analogy, Frank. What they fail to do on a micro scale is apparently a good indicator of what they are failing to do on a macro scale. Let's hope they put the light up before cultures collide on Main Street and Broadway.

Is this fresh news? A reiteration by Iran? If it is, then their prior announcement that they were considering doing this might not have been a mere trial balloon.

Sure. How do you deliver a bio weapon effectively? To acheive the theoritical fatalities?
Its a question thats been pondered for the last fifty years, with no real solution. Consider for example, the anthrax "attack". In theory, several thousand should have died by the amount "delivered" yet that didn't happen.
Like you, I'm very concerned with the next attack, which I believe is coming before the next election cycle. But I think the complications arising trying to initiate a WMD attack make that very unlikely.
You would have a sure "kill count" by flying a plane into a packed stadium during the World Series, or one of the upcoming conventions, or using a McVeigh type truck bomb.
When you look at it from a terrorist point of view, the goal is to terrorize by any means available. You can kill mass numbers of people as we have seen by using "everyday" items, be it a fully fueled airliner, or a rented Ryder truck loaded with fertilizer and diesel fuel and an egg timer.
"Keep it simple" applies to terrorism, just as it does everything else in life.
Who cares about the technicalities of today... the number of disciples of Allah needed to murder the "infidels" will not change...and when it happens ..if the Religion of Peace is allowed to continue unchecked... it will be a national devastation.
A ratio of 1:1,000,000 will not be out of the question..
If not 2004....it may be 2010...but it will happen.
After the SECOND one, Tehran will glow in the dark...........

There is obviously a clear and present danger to American's at home and abroad and it's now time for the President to once again exercise his constitutional right to blow them off the face of the earth. As the 9/11 commission and the democrats have proved, anything less than pre-emptive action now would almost be impeachable. God forbid the terrorists are successful giving the left the agument "you had warnings this was going to happen and you did nothing to stop it?"
We've got over 80,000,000+ (NRA figures, btw) armed American Citizens; it's going to be a turkey shoot.
I carry an Armalite AR-10 (.308cal) w/ Leupold Mark 4 CQ/T 1-3x14mm scope, 10 - 20rnd mags, in my Jeep everyday, in a Eagle bag. I wear a Kimber 5" Eclipse Target II 1911A1 .45cal ACP. I've had a CCW here in Penna for 15yrs.
You can bet that if I saw some jihadi scum strapping on bomb belts and raincoats and heading to a shopping mall or hospital or school, I'd detonate them in the parking lot.
The problem is: being in the right place at the right time. Look what the two murderous Muslim beltway shooters did to the DC-VA area two years ago. 50-60 teams of snipers could almost paralyze the Nation. The police and NG would be overwhelmed. Citizens would have to take the initative.
It's coming; just a matter of when.

I guess the first bombers could share their 72 with the late arrivals, but then that half either wouldn't be getting virgins or they would all only get half as many.
Sounds to me like trouble could be brewing in Valhalla, or wherever suicidal ragheads are supposed to go to collect their rewards.
