25 or 30 FReepers stopped by, some for a moment, others for a while, then they would go get in line. Some came back several times for an iced teas or to meet others who were showing up.

We also had at least 100 other people stop by who asked what FR was about. Some stayed and we talked about RR and other thing for quite some time. Some people asked to use the rest room, others for a drink, some asked for cookies for their children.

We got lucky with the location. We didn't pick it, as when we entered the lot we just parked where they waved us to. However, we were near the area where people boarded the buses and the media truck area, not to mention the entrance to the college itself.

Good to hear there are people curious about FR. I think it is the best political venue on the net. I find out a lot of news from FR instead of focusing on the the alphabet media diatribe.

I imagine y'all gave the cookies for the kids with a smile :>).

Sometimes we get lucky in life when doing the right thing as far you finding a good location. Ya' think the media truck folks will wander over for an interview? Would be good promo for the organization. I think they're scared.

Betcha' RR would have liked FReepers to have been around on the net in the 80's for his causes and it would tie in well for some color with the media.

Anyway, you guys have some fun as much as possible for such an event. I don't think this country could ever forget Ronald Reagan. I know I won't.

May God Bless......
