One of the good things about getting older is that you don't get intimidated by people anymore, like doctors and bosses - it's great!
When you're first starting out in life, as young marrieds, for example..you tend to look for key advisors..doctors, dentists, ministers, lawyers, accountants...for those older than you..who have been around a little, gotten experience and demonstrated wisdom...the first overt sign of middle age plus, is when you now prefer to chose them younger than you, because you secretly expect, and hope, that they will outlive you, so you won't have to go through all the trouble of changing horses in midstream..
LOL! I'm older than my bosses and they are doctors.
