When my grandfather died, my grandmother wore a bright dress in multi-colored jewel tones at the funeral. I went to give her a hug, and told her what a pretty dress she had on. She told me: "Don't you remember this? This is the dress I wore for our 60th wedding anniversary party. Your grandfather thought I looked so beautiful in it, that I just had to wear it today." It almost knocked me over.
