Europe is weak because Europeans are weak. When was the last time France or Germany liberated any other country?
Countries were only liberated by having those two forced-out of them.
Well, if you asked them, the Germans liberated the Sudetenland, Austria, and eventually, France, back in the forties. You could look it up. :)
