I could be wrong here but I think the sacred cow of Canadian immigration policy is that you cannot change your status while in the country.Oh no, all the Albanians are getting away with it.

Hehe. Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised. I guess like in most Western jurisdictions tough rules apply only to your own kind.
