Off-duty deputy having a beer videotaped

BUNNELL -- A videotape submitted anonymously to a local television station shows the Flagler County sheriff's chief deputy drinking alcohol off duty in a public park where drinking is prohibited.
Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Debra Johnson said Wednesday the 90-minute tape showed Mark Maronski in civilian clothes drinking one beer at the Flagler County Fairgrounds with other adults after an adult softball game and driving home in his personal vehicle.
She acknowledged the park doesn't allow drinking.
The official Sheriff's Office response was short and direct:
"Sheriff Manfre has counseled his personnel concerning appropriate off-duty behavior. At this time we are concerned about the mental well-being of this person in our county who is apparently trying to secretly videotape activities at the county recreational areas."

This town is 24 miles south of Daytona Beach. I wonder how many young people Sheriff Manfre has counseled concerning appropriate off-duty behavior during spring break?

i think it was some person who was busted for the same, who was videotaping it.
Now I'm wondering . . . what if someone tapes me killing a 12-pack?
The size of the beer is what is needed to be known.
If it was a 12 oz or smaller than I find no fault.
If it was a quart, well then that is a shame.
One beer in 90 minutes wont faze a fit person, and a cop is always under strict guidelines to stay fit.
Then he did not do anything wrong.

Can you believe that Pat Robertson wants tobacco out-lawed?
I watched the 700 Club 2 weeks ago and he was saying that tobacco needs culled in time, and that tobacco growers need moved into other crops.
