The question is this justifiable homicide. Likely not. I don't support ANY vigilantism (even for child molestation or rape). Want those crimes to warrant the death penalty? Appeal to the legislature.

I'm not making excuses. I said it was wrong and stupid to lie. But that doesn't make this rape, it just makes it sex that was later regretted. If they hadn't been so casual about hooking up the chances of anything like this happening would be zero.
