Probably the reason for the C-sections --- but it sounds like she's doing okay otherwise and no mention of trips to a welfare office --- as long as they have the income to support that many -- more power to them.
Just damn!
Jumping Billy-Bob Jesus!
Well, you better get her out of there before her family outgrows the store!
Gee my dad was one of 15 kids (that lived) and six still born and only one set of twins in that....
,,, total class! [LOL]
I read in another article about this family that they are Southern Baptist.
Arkansas cheaper by the dozen ping
Maybe when they're little -- but when they're all teenagers wanting to drive and all that? I guess each kid won't get his own room, tv, and bathroom --- probably have to share toys and clothes --- probably a very nice family.
,,, and don't go out of the house much at nights.
I want a nice large catholic family. I don't consider children to be an inconvenience.
I've seen an article on this family before, in a homeschooling magazine. She homeschools that whole family, it is amazing how they function.
My son has gone all through K-8 with a boy whose family has 17 children. Apostolic Lutherans in this case.
Me too.
It should be a nice family, especially with the older kids helping with the younger ones and such (though it wouldn't be fun for some when they want privacy). It would be interesting to know how a family that large manages to operate, especially with all the activities that kids today take part in. But the whole extended family must be getting in on the raising of the kids if they are getting by, so good for them.
"Someone sure has some funds to be able to support 15 kids."
Food must be a killer expense, but you probably save A LOT on clothes as time goes by. Kids never wear out their clothes, they can probably easily be worn by three kids in a row, as long as you avoid the trendy stuff.
People used to have big families like this all the time. And remember, the improverished third worlders do it all the time.
I only have one kid, so I better shut up now. Good luck to mom and dad and all their kids!
