Did anyone here stay connected long enough to hear the Undersecretary ...(when asked if he had a closing statement)...
..say 'Yes, I usually end a session such as this by commenting It has been a pleasure...
..but with tears in his eyes & voice, he said forthrightly, ...This has not been a pleasure, but a duty & an effort to set the record straight..
.. I was very impressed with his honesty!....and concluded--(IMO) he was not impressed with some of these senators and their comments or antics

Yes, I saw his closing remarks - he was very emotional, but managed to keep his composure, although he was really on the edge.
This whole circus is harmful to our mission and our forces in Iraq.
