As to the biting, Taguba lists: l. (S) Using military working dogs (without muzzles) to intimidate and frighten detainees, and in at least one case biting and severely injuring a detainee;

You know, you use part of the Taguba report yet you're claiming that this happened to regular criminals, not MI holds as is declared in that very report.
