OK, let's discuss the relative relationship between GWB's culpability for a random murder committed by a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil ("on his watch", as the 9/11 terror-whore families would say) and the unauthorized abuse of enemy combatants by a handful of low-ranking military personnel on the other side of the planet. I see NONE in either case.
At least one Iraq veteran came home and murdered his wife. Has Bush told Abdullah he's sorry about that, too?
