murder cases are never officially closed until they're solved

It must be a nice thing to be a murder "suspect" for 24 years.
Maybe, after all, the Statute of Limitations makes perfect sense?

Pardon me? The statute of limitatiion, when it comes to murder, makes a heck of a lot of sense.

Heyhey, are you convinced that there has not been any diabolic or satanic influences working themselves into the soul of the Church? Please answer,I get the distinct feeling that you don't.

You'll have to take that up with the state legislature -- in this case, the Ohio state legislature. I don't make the rules, but historically murder has been considered too heinous to allow anyone to be officially "off" because a certain number of years has passed.
