Fellow comic book geeks like myself might remember Frank Miller taking a lot of heat for postulating a gay Nazi group in the future in his book "Give Me Liberty".

Looks like Frank wasn't too far off the mark.

Actually, the forerunner of the German SS, called the SA (stormtroopers) were riddled with homosexuals. Their leader, Ernst Rohm, was a flamming faggot. Hitler had him arrested and executed, along with many others, in his quest for total control.
