My pet theory is that the Clinton admin. thought that taking the side of Islamofascists in some region (let's find a region where the Islamofascists are light-skinned, for example) would splinter and confuse Islamofascists everywhere; in other words it was part of some ill-conceived "divide and conquer", or, more accurately, "divide, make-nice with some, ignore the rest and hope they chill out" strategy.
Of course, it could just have been pure stupidity.

Actually "divide and conquer" of Slavic population.
From a Serb nation one now has Croatian Serbs, Bosnian Serbs, Kosovo Serbs and of course Serbian Serbs.
At the same time Albanians are Albanians whether they are in Kosovo, Albania or Macedonia.
There are presidential elections in Macedonia right now and the Albanian candidates fly Albanian flags and play the Albanian national anthem and if the Macedonian authorities say anything about it then the Macedonians are extrimists.

I think it was worse than that - all the liberals I know in this area are very pro islam and anti israel - it's the trendy thing, don't you know.
So when I realized that Clinton was bombing Christians to the benefit of mooselimbs I just figured it was the next stage in the liberal agenda - most of them hate Christianity too - at least those same ones I know do - you should see how they twist up their faces when the word Christian is mentioned.
