Three families out of 3500 have voiced opposition to the ads...and they were probably anti-Bush before 9-11!

I'm appalled that the Dems and the media are succeeding in making this an "issue." Of *course* it would be part of an ad. Are we supposed to have collective amnesia about the most significant event on American soil in the last half-century? Does the leadership role our President played at that time mean nothing?
As LiteKeeper says, the families quoted were doubtless anti-Bush before 9/11. And I'm sure the media know this...they just love to play their role in making a mess when it comes to the President.
I read this thought elsewhere today -- many many more Americans died in Vietnam than on 9/11, yet Kerry thinks nothing of using *that* in his ads, and he has for months. He gets a pass from the media, of course.
