Where are you getting this info? It seems to be more recent than what I'm getting via vote2004.ss.ca.gov. Here's the latest from there:
81.2% ( 17701 of 21796 ) precincts reporting.

I have live AP election wire here at work right now...only drawback is I cannot see votes by county (it is in "Newspaper" formatting, and I have TV station software running).
