Let's make this clear: do you assert that what is allegedly said by an alleged anonymous informant (who allegedly exists in spite of being nowhere to be found), who allegedly saw what looked like an assault, makes the accused certainly guilty despite not only the utter lack of solid evidence, but the denial by the alleged victim that it happened? And do you further assert that once you personally declare a man guilty even if proven innocent, any Constitutional right he claims is then invalidated for everyone else?
